Create InDesign Book Template

Hi Freelancers-
Please do not reply without reading, and writing a response that mentions specifics in this post.
I am making a book of pictures, and need someone to create the inDesign template.

I am formatting a book for their 8x8 format.
I need you to make a SINGLE InDesign file using their template with all my pages.

Please only apply if you have made InDesign templates before and have a very high job count/completion rate.
