Cover design and layout for a family history. Currently in Word A4 204 pages

I am looking for a talented freelancer to design and layout the cover for a family history that is currently formatted in A4 size and is 204 pages long. I am unsure as to the size and format of the cover design, and I am open to the freelancer's guidance in this area. I have some ideas in mind for the design of the cover, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. I will provide any images or elements I want included in the cover design.
