We are looking for a designer / developer to build a static, corporate‑style portfolio website for our newly incorporated construction company. The purpose of the website is credibility and presentation only — it is not intended for customer interaction or lead generation.

Create a clean, professional website to:
Showcase our company profile and credentials
Present our completed projects as case‑study pages
Support investor meetings, LinkedIn presence, and business proposals
The website must follow a minimal, modern, corporate visual style with strong typography, ample white space, and a formal tone.

This website should be built with minimal or zero recurring costs since no ongoing interaction or CMS features are required.
Please propose:

Free or very low‑cost hosting options
Only recurring expense should ideally be the domain name renewal
