I need a polished, investor-ready portfolio that presents our newly incorporated construction company as credible, operational, and professionally managed. The document must read in a strictly formal, professional tone and be laid out in a clean, corporate style suitable for three key uses: posting on our LinkedIn Company Page, showing during investor pitch meetings, and attaching to business-loan applications.
Core content to include
• Company overview – emphasising our brief history, founding mission, and the specific construction services we offer.
• Project details – a full case study of our first completed job: the storage-and-inventory facility built for a trading firm that handles cement, iron and rice products. I will supply raw data such as layout dimensions, work scope narrative, cost breakdowns, construction photographs, invoices, and any supporting documentation or certificates. Your role is to weave these elements into a coherent, visually consistent narrative that underscores authenticity and competence.
Deliverables
• A professionally designed PDF (print and screen ready).
• The editable source file in the application of your choice (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, or an equally robust alternative) so we can update figures and imagery over time.
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual language aligns with modern corporate branding best practices (ample white space, restrained palette, legible typography).
2. All supplied figures, photographs and invoices are incorporated accurately and discreetly water-marked where needed.
3. Logical flow: company overview → project description → quantitative highlights → closing credentials.
4. Final PDF passes LinkedIn’s document upload test without formatting issues.
