Convert word doc into InDesign format

I am looking to have a 40-45 page word doc converted to InDesign format for submission of a tender. It will include a couple of diagrams, picture and a table. The deadline is for Thursday 17th September 5pm- this week.
The word doc and materials wont be available until 2000hrs Melb Australia time.

all formatting and proof reading of the word doc will already have been completed.
