Convert psd to pdf Adobe Indesign Thrucut

I need a design I made in photoshop to be converted to pdf
Step 1
Design the shape to be cut out for the lettering. Convert it
concept in non-overlapping outlines.
2nd step
Choose PMS 806 color first. Make this a new
Swatch. You name this swatch “ThruCut”. Give the lines
outline (stroke) the ThruCut color.
Step 3
Save your infographic in PDF format. The PDF must be
consisting of a single page.
