Convert .ai and .ind files from A4/A3 to US letter/tabloid and export to PDF

We are a growth stage start-up that provides educational resources for school teachers.
We are looking for a graphic designer to convert design files to different page sizes.
Successful applicants will be asked to perform one or more trial tasks during either Austin, USA local time (CST) or Brisbane, Australia local time (AEST). On successful completion of the trial task/s, there would be an opportunity for more flexibility regarding when the required hours are worked.
Deliverables:
- Convert Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and InDesign (.ind) files from A4/A3 to US letter/tabloid and export to PDF.
- Review and implement any PDF Markups in the design files before performing the conversions.
Requirements for the project:
- Excellent command of English and strong written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, understand and follow a written procedure and work autonomously.
- A legitimate Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, and the most up-to-date versions of Adobe Apps.
- High level of experience using Adobe Creative Suite programs, in particular Illustrator and Indesign.
- Ability to identify, utilize and maintain established design systems including text and object styles, symbol libraries and master page layouts.
- Knowledge of file output standards for print and digital environments.
- Ability to adhere to a brand style guide.
- High level of attention to detail
