Convert Word Documents to Fillable PDFs
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I need 6 Word documents converted into fillable PDFs. These PDFs should include some drop-down menus containing other standardized responses.
Specific Requirements:
- The PDFs must follow specific formatting instructions I will provide... unless we are happy with the formatting you suggest if it is easier.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in PDF editing software
- Attention to detail for formatting consistency
- Ability to create functional and user-friendly drop down menus.
Experience with creating fillable PDFs and understanding of standardized response sets will be highly beneficial.
I have attached one of the 6 documents... the other 5 would be very similar but not identical.
The adaptation boxes that are now black would include a drop down menu with a couple of dozen possible responses... almost all the boxes would have the same drop down menu.
