Convert PDF to InDesign

I need a PDF document converted into an InDesign (INDD) file. The PDF has 11-50 pages.
Requirements:
- PDF should be converted to INDD
- Text needs to be editable in the INDD document
- Maintain layout and design as close to the original PDF as possible
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Experience with PDF to INDD conversion (Indesign Beta is needed - english installation only works)
