Convert Illustrator file to InDesign file
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer who can convert my Illustrator file to an InDesign file.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in InDesign CC (Creative Cloud)
- Ability to accurately convert the file without any edits or revisions
- Familiarity with exporting files and ensuring all necessary elements are included
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in InDesign CC
- Experience with file conversion and exporting
- Attention to detail to ensure all elements are included in the converted file
We currently have a catalogue that’s built in illustrator and need it converted to indesign. We need files to be supplied back t to be packaged indesign files, with images all linked back, live text formatted as per our instructions. This needs to be completed using Indesign 23.
Included pages in the job are representative of the catalogue as a whole. There are 20 pages but we request you quote as a per page rate.

Tables to be formatted as tables with alternating line highlights – Zero/25% grey
Solid Backgrounds – On any pages containing back grounds (ie 20% grey) do not include them
Supplied back to us as packaged indesign working files including all links, images and fonts.

Embedded images Any embedded images in the supplied .ai file are to be extracted and saved back into the links folder to be supplied back in the packaged files. Use the original file name (found in the links panel)
