Project Scope:
Gravity Forms Conversion: You will be provided access to our Gravity Form data. We require you to efficiently extract the form fields and ensure its accurate incorporation into the PDF form.
InDesign File Creation: We prefer if you can create the base design of the editable PDF in Adobe InDesign. Your design should reflect the structure and style of the original Gravity Form.
Editable PDF Generation: You will convert the InDesign file into an editable PDF form. The form should be formatted in a way that all the fields can be easily filled out electronically.
Printable PDF: The PDF should be designed in a way that maintains all functionality and design aspects when printed.
Project Requirements:
