Construction tender document TEMPLATE

My business is in need of a tender document template for a residential construction project. I require a customized format that allows me to edit all details for every particular client and job. I would like the template to include project scope and objectives, specifications/ relevant documents as well as its budget and timeline. My expectation is that this document can help me facilitate a smoother client experience during quoting stage.
