Comprehensive Branding Kit & Templates

Job ID: 40206258

Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD

I’m ready to formalise my visual identity and need a complete brand kit that I can roll out consistently across print and digital touch-points. My preference is for a neutral and classic primary colour story paired with modern, clean typography, and supported by a minimal, simplistic imagery approach. Everything should feel timeless, uncluttered, and easy for my team to reproduce.

We want it similar, but cleaner and more professional

Colour & usage
Please build a primary and secondary palette and supply HEX, RGB, and CMYK codes. Include concise guidance on when to reach for each hue so that anyone—designer or intern—can choose colours confidently.

Typography
Headings, sub-headings, and body copy should stay modern and clean. I need clarity on hierarchy for web versus print, recommended sizes, and any alternate weights so the brand always reads the same way no matter where it appears.

Imagery
Show what “minimal and simplistic” means in practice: photography samples, illustration treatment, icon style, and your suggestions on crops, background choices, or subtle filters that keep assets feeling cohesive.

Layouts
Define grids, safe-zones, margins, and alignment rules for everyday pieces such as posters, Instagram tiles, LinkedIn banners, and email headers. Think Adobe InDesign / Figma smart-layout logic so scaling becomes painless.

Canva templates
Please deliver ready-to-edit templates for:
• Formal documents (A4/US Letter)
• YouTube or podcast thumbnails
• Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts & stories
• Email signatures

Make sure they work in the free version of Canva wherever possible and that colour, font, and image placeholders pull straight from the brand kit.

Deliverables & hand-off
• A polished PDF brand guideline (10–15 pages is plenty)
• All palette, font, and icon files in organised folders
• Editable Canva links plus a short loom or written note explaining how to swap content
• Source files (AI/PSD/FIG) for any custom assets you create

I’ll consider the project complete once I can open the guidelines, copy a hex code, drop it into a Canva template, and see everything line up exactly as specified.
