The visual style must follow a traditional top-down hierarchy, beginning with the executive level and clearly cascading through managers, supervisors, and frontline roles.
Your chart should be clean enough for board presentations yet practical for day-to-day reference. I’d like the finished file delivered in an editable format—Visio, Lucidchart, or PowerPoint are all fine—along with a high-resolution PDF for quick sharing.
