Child Cancer Donor Gratitude Layout
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m commissioning a two-page design that celebrates our generous supporters for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month while spotlighting the children whose lives they’ve touched.
Scope
• Page 1 will be the front of a Letter-size (8.5 × 11 in) piece. The headline “Thank You, Donors” must stand out boldly above a collage of photos I’ll supply. The overall tone should feel bright, hopeful, and celebratory, anchored in a warm, child-friendly palette of yellow, gold, and sky blue.
• Page 2 tells “THEIR STORIES.” I’ll provide short narratives and headshots; please frame each story with soft borders, quote marks, or small icons such as stars, hearts, or gold ribbons so the layout feels inviting but not cluttered.
Format requirements
The primary deliverable is a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed and crop marks) for Letter size. Although print is the priority, I also want a web version broken into two separate, linked pages, so please export optimized PDFs or PNGs for that purpose.
Deliverables
1. Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
2. Print-ready PDF for both pages.
3. Web-ready files split into two linked pages.
Timeline & collaboration
Once you receive the copy and images, I’d like an initial draft in three business days, with one round of revisions before final delivery. Feel free to suggest subtle graphic flourishes as long as the focus stays on gratitude and the children’s voices.
If this sounds like a joyful project you’d enjoy, let’s get started!
