Business Cards & Email Signatures Design
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
All of our branding foundations are finished—logo files, colour palette, fonts, master artwork and a detailed brand-guidelines deck are ready to hand over. The aesthetic we follow is firmly minimalist and clean, and we already have an approved look for both the business card and the matching email signature. What I now need is a detail-oriented designer who can roll that approved design out across our team.
Your task
• Lay out individual business cards for each staff member, placing the supplied names, titles, phone numbers and other contact details into the existing design.
• Prepare press-ready files (PDF/X-1a or similar) with correct bleed, trim and crop marks so the printer can go straight to plate.
• Build HTML (or image-optimised) email signatures that mirror the card style, tested across Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail.
I will supply:
• Final artwork files, brand guidelines and content spreadsheet.
• Any printer specification sheets you might need.
Acceptance criteria
1. Print files pass my printer’s pre-flight check with zero adjustments required.
2. Email signatures render consistently in the mail clients listed above.
3. All spelling and contact information matches the spreadsheet exactly.
Preferred tools are Adobe InDesign or Illustrator for the cards and clean HTML/CSS for the signatures, but if you have an equally reliable workflow I’m open to it. Let me know your estimated turnaround and how many revision rounds you include.
