Build me a custom 2-column book template for InDesign

I am writing a book that needs to be formatted in a 2-column design, similar to a Bible's design (see two samples). I am looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign designer who can create a complete book template that looks almost EXACTLY like the samples provided (columns, fonts, margins, gutters, etc.). Note that at this time my focus is on the chapters, and relatively undesigned placeholders are okay for the rest (front matter, TOC, index, etc.)
