Build a Directory with InDesign

We are looking for a professional skilled with InDesign, particularly the data merge and indexing functions to create a template that we can use to create the directory from a data extract. We have a template for the pages themselves, but not the leading pages, table of contents, or indices. We load the directory from a csv file and will use the template to produce about 45 different versions. If you have experience with Indesign and can work from an existing template to add several pages on the front end, a table of contents, and an index, then this project is for you!
