Books for Amazon

I am looking for someone who can use in Design perfectly and finish off creating a book, including the Contents page and index, that will conform to Amazon's requirements for a paperback and hardback, including the covers.

I have a number of books.

The first one is almost finished on In Design - really just arranging the pages, and making sure the contents and index refer to correct pages .

Please confirm that:

1. You have the experience by supplying a note of the last 5 paperback and hardback books you have done for Amazon and the contact person instructing you for a reference.
2. You know and understand Amazon's requirements.
3. You will immediately make any corrections Amazon require.
4. How quickly you can finish it - note if the deadline is not met it will not be extended and nothing will be payable.
5. Your best price straight off - no time to negotiate
6. Payment to be made when Amazon accept the documents.
