Book design .- printable layout of a management book manuscript

I have a word manuscript (52000 words - 315000 charcters with spaces) and some 60 illustrations. I would like this to be layouted as a classic management book for professionals. I think InDesign would be the right software to use. My publisher expects to recieve the final product as a PDF file. I enclose a few pages for you the get an idea of the project. I would like to recieve an offer that includes a suggestion of a template or layout style. Preferably you can show me similar work that you have made.
