Looking for a Book Designer

We are seeking a skilled professional to layout a book of approximately 300 pages in InDesign (A5 page size). The layout will be in black and white and should include two versions: one for print and one for an ebook. The professional will also be responsible for designing the book cover based on images provided by us.

Requirements:

Expertise in Adobe InDesign
Experience in book layout and design
Ability to create print-ready and ebook-compatible files
Skill in designing book covers with provided images

Details on what is required:
- The manuscript has 146 pages on A4 size that should be converted to A5 size (around 300 pages upon completion)
- The images within the book must be desatured to black and white for the print edition and left colored for the ebook edition
- In the file for the book cover there are several images from which two should be used for a draft for later confirmation of which one to be used
- the book covered could be either colored or black and white, whatever fits the design better
