Book Layout Word Template Creation

I'm writing a book and need a Word template to streamline the process. The layout should be classic and clean, featuring photographs on the left-hand side and text on the right. The book will be A5. Please see image that I have posted to give an idea of how the book will finally look. It will be 8 sections, and I would like each section to have a different colour horizontal line across the RHS page somewhere. I am also open to design ideas.

Requirements:
- Left side: Area for photographs - these wll be colour
- Right side: Text area
- Fonts: Avenir Light, Calibri Light, or Garamond

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with custom templates
- Attention to detail for a professional look
