Book Layout and Kindle publication

We need to have some reports (chapters) added to an existing book on climate change ("Designs for a World That Works for All, Volume 3" at https://designsciencelab.com/resources-ii/). The work involves laying the Word documents out in InDesign in the same format as the existing document, making some minor additions in a couple of places in other parts of the book, then uploading to the Amazon/Kindle print-on-demand site. Experience with this Amazon/Kindle process important as it is complicated.
There is other work of this type (book layout/design) if this works out.
