5. I select the winner based on quality, price, and demonstrated experience.
6. The winner is contracted for the full project at the price submitted in step 1. No renegotiation.
7. The sample pages produced by the winner are incorporated into the full project at no additional charge. Non-winners are not compensated for the sample.

If your sample does not address all of these elements, it will not be evaluated.

Full book in KDP-ready PDF: correct bleed and margins, embedded fonts, accurate auto-generated Table of Contents, index of personal stories, and all chapter opening pages. I will run the file through the KDP previewer before approving this milestone.
**Milestone 4 (28%) — EPUB + source file**
