Book Layout -- 2

I have a 118 page word document that needs its interior to be put into 6x9 book format. I want the format to be similar to the indesign file I have attached to this post. My hopes is to receive the final files in indesign and pdf format ready for print in a day. I have listed my range for budget so please no renegotiating. Submit your final bid.
