Book Distribution Setup for Amazon/Ingram

My manuscript lives in Google Docs and now I’m ready to see it on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and I need a pro who can walk the file all the way from its current Google Doc state to live listings and press-ready files. The document was prepared by a book designer from Freelancer and I was told this book was totally ready to be placed easily on Amazon, Ingrid Spark. I sent to two printers which I did easily. The ISBN numbers are on each book versions. There is a hard cover, soft cover and digital format. I already have book accounts on Amazon and Ingrid Spark. I never had to be involved in this, because my previous designers always did it. But not this one. We have to set the price for the book once we know what Ingram Spark and Amazon will charge me.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Clean, error-free interior and cover files that satisfy both Amazon KDP and IngramSpark specifications, ready for paperback and Kindle/ebook distribution. ( This should have been done)
• The same print-ready PDF (or other format you recommend) adapted for my two chosen printers, each of whom has slightly different bleed, trim and spine requirements. ( I will hear back from the printers whether it is in a format they can use. )
• Coordination of ISBN, metadata, and any required storefront settings so the book launches smoothly in both print and digital formats.
• A brief hand-off guide (one or two pages is fine) that shows me how to make small updates myself in the future.
