Book Design - Help me make a book in Indesign

I need a book done in Adobe Indesign for a class, but I’ve been having difficulty doing so. The book that needs to be done is The Time Machine by H.G. Wells. needs to be justified, drop caps need to be applied, no rivers, orphans, widows, good leading and kerning, the cover needs to be done in type and needs to look visually appealing!! do not just write the name of the book. I have done a draft of the book, but I am struggling with it.
Page numbers need to be applied, fix the book whatever needs to be done. The Time Machine needs to be from the website guternberg.org, as this is an important aspect on where the book text needs to be derived from. A Colophon needs to be made at the end of the book.
