Board Game Rulebook & Website Graphics
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have the finished illustrations for my new board game, but the rulebook still needs a professional touch before it heads to the printer. I’m looking for a designer who can jump into the layout file and polish three key areas:
• Layout design – arrange each spread so the flow is intuitive and space is used efficiently.
• Typography improvements – choose modern, legible type that fits the game’s aesthetic and adjust hierarchy, kerning, and leading.
• Image placement – integrate my completed art seamlessly, balancing color and white space.
Once the rulebook is squared away, I also need a cohesive visual package for the game’s online launch. Specifically:
• Banner images for the homepage and feature sections.
• Background visuals that echo the rulebook’s look while loading quickly on modern browsers.
The overall style across print and web should feel crisp and modern, maintaining consistency from table-top to web page. I’ll supply the raw artwork, copy, brand palette, and current svg and xcf files. You’ll return:
1. Print-ready PDF and packaged InDesign files for the rulebook.
2. Optimized PNG/JPEG/SVG assets for the website and browser ads, sized for desktop and mobile breakpoints.
3. A brief style guide (fonts, hex codes, spacing rules) so my dev team can keep everything on brand.
I’m working in Adobe Creative Cloud, so compatibility with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is important. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s discuss timelines and any clarifying questions you might have.
