Bank Document Layout Refresh
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our client-facing bank documents are content-rich, but the layout no longer meets today’s readability and branding standards. I’m focusing this refresh strictly on layout and structure, with special attention to the way tables and charts are presented.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A clean, professional grid that brings immediate clarity to large data sets.
• Redesigned table and chart styles that fit seamlessly into both print PDF and screen-friendly versions.
• Consistent headers, footers, page numbering, and paragraph styles woven into a reusable master template (Microsoft Word or Adobe InDesign—whichever delivers the sharpest result).
• Brief usage notes so our internal team can apply the new template without breaking the layout.
Expect to work with a small sample package (one multi-page document and its embedded charts) first; once that looks right we’ll roll the same structure across the remaining files. Accuracy, banking-appropriate aesthetics, and rock-solid formatting integrity are non-negotiable.
