BTC book formatting

I need to publish a new edition of my existing kindle and hard copy book. I have the existing epub and Word version of the book. Need a freelancer to guide me on how best to go about incorporating all my identified amendments to the Word manuscript, without repeating the process for the epub/ mobi and hard cover. Thereafter, to convert the Revised manuscript to epub/mobi as well as Word/PDF format for hard cover book printing.
