Art Portfolio Editing & Layout
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have completed the written and visual content for an art portfolio and now need it polished from cover to colophon. This includes a full round of editing, proofreading, and page layout so the work reads flawlessly and looks exhibition-ready.
The brief is straightforward: refine every line of text for grammar, style, and tone while also checking captions and artwork credits; then design a cohesive layout that translates perfectly to both print and digital formats. For print, I will need a press-ready PDF with proper bleeds, crop marks, and colour profiles. For digital, I’m aiming for an accessible PDF (or EPUB if you recommend it) that preserves pagination and high-resolution images without ballooning file size.
Feel free to work in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher or another pro-level tool you are comfortable with, so long as you supply the packaged files and fonts alongside the final exports. Quality, consistency, and a clean hand-off package are the key deliverables.
