Art Book InDesign Layout Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking a skilled designer to craft a custom InDesign layout for a 100-page art book, and complete the book with placeholders for the images/photos and inserting the copy provided. The book size is 8.25" x 9". I have a specific book that I'll provide as an example so you can get a feel for the kind of layout I'm after. This job requires creativity in how the copy is organized and laid out, as well as how the photos are placed. I'm wanting to work with someone creative on this.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in InDesign is a must. You should be able to work with this software and have a good understanding of what it can achieve in terms of design.
- Experience in designing book layouts, especially for art or photography books. It's important that you have an eye for how to best present visual material in a book format.
- A good understanding of typography. You will need to help develop the font style for the book, and ensure it fits with the modern and minimalist theme I'm after.
- Experience working with clients collaboratively. I have some ideas but am open to suggestions, so being able to communicate your ideas clearly and take on feedback is key.
