Annual Report Designer Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance designer to craft a professionally designed Annual Report that reflects our performance, milestones, and organizational story over the past year. The report should balance clean, modern aesthetics with clarity, accessibility, and strategic storytelling.
Project Scope
Design an Annual Report (approx. 40 pages)
Integrate text, financial data, charts, timelines, case studies, and photographs
Ensure the design aligns with our brand identity (brand guidelines to be provided)
Output must be suitable for both print and digital distribution (PDF formats)
Required Skills & Experience
4–5+ years of professional experience in editorial or publication design
Demonstrated experience with annual reports, sustainability reports, or corporate communications
Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma knowledge is a plus
Strong skills in layout design, typography, and data visualization
Ability to interpret and present financial or operational data visually
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines independently
Deliverables
Concept design (cover + 2 sample spreads)
Full report design based on approved direction
Final files (print-ready + web-optimized PDFs + open/editable source files)
