Amazon KDP eBook & Paperback Launch

I’m getting ready to release a title on Amazon KDP in both eBook and paperback formats. The content itself is still in a rough state, so before anything goes live I need a specialist who can shape it into clean, platform-ready files.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

– Careful, KDP-compliant formatting of the manuscript for BOTH editions (reflowable ePub for Kindle and print-ready PDF with trim marks and correct bleed for paperback).
– Guidance on any structural tweaks that will make the interior look professional—chapter breaks, front and back matter, page numbering, hyperlinks, table of contents, etc.
– Final files that pass KDP preview without warnings and are ready for a one-click upload.

You’re free to use the tools you’re most comfortable with—Kindle Create, Vellum, InDesign, or direct HTML/CSS—so long as the final output meets Amazon’s technical specs. If you’ve handled dual-format launches before, please mention a past title I can view on the store.

Once we agree on the workflow, we can set clear milestones: draft layout, my review, final tweaks, and hand-over of the upload-ready files.
