Adobe Indesign: Typeset a novel.

I am too rusty with Indesign so would like to hire someone to set a novel for me. I will send an existing Indesign file to use as a guide, I want the same font, layout, etc, and I need the file back in PDF and as Indesign so I can make any needed changes later. Setup is only for print, I'll do the EBook myself.
