Adobe Indesign Book to Kindle Conversion

I recently published a book on Amazon and would like to get a quote to have it converted to Kindle format. It's a large book, 404 pages and has lots of photos. I need an expert that knows how to do this and ensure that the tabs and contents all work. Is this something you can do? If you're interested, you can see it on Amazon.com. Just search for Five Element Theory Yin Yoga. My wife's name is Melissa. I don't know how long this should take or what the budget should be. I have the original files in Adobe InDesign.
