Adobe InDesign Formatting

I need to make some major changes to an existing Adobe InDesign document. It is an educational question booklet and I need some questions removed and text moved around and the rest of the document condensed into lesser pages. I don't think it requires a lot of experience, but it could be be quite tedious and will require quite a it of back and forth communication. If this project is done well, I have more InDesign work that could follow.
