Adobe InDesign - Book Design from word file and others to indesign format

Hi , we need a long term freelancer who can work with us for our book publishing project.
Material will be provided in word file format or graphs. Freelancer need to build that inDesign.

In first Lot we will provide 5000 pages. If everything goes well we will order for next batch.

I have attached one word file from where you have to generate indesign file. PDF file is a sample output in pdf format.
