Adobe Acrobat DC Printing Issue Resolution

I'm having trouble with Adobe Acrobat DC. It's not printing my purchased Adobe fonts from M.S. Word correctly. The issue occurs when I'm trying to print a book document, which is primarily text with some pictures.
I'm unsure if the fonts are embedded in the PDF when I save the Word document as a PDF. I could use your expertise to:
- Diagnose the printing issue with Acrobat
- Check if my fonts are embedded correctly
- Provide a solution to get my Adobe fonts to print correctly

The issue is occurring on a Windows operating system.
I've added two files. One was a Word document printed to PDF by Adobe. Notice the first four purchased Adobe fonts (which at one time printed properly), that don't output correctly, even as the last 3 standard fonts print fine.
The second file was the same Word document output to PDF by Microsoft Print to PDF. While this option printed the four purchased fonts correctly, I have a 400-page book, in 7" X 10", with Table of Contents, Table of Authorities, and extensive index, that needs output, and the "B5" option (7.17" X 10.12") won't fit my desired finished size.
I would like to get Adobe Acrobat working again, with my purchased fonts.
