Import-Export Bill of Lading Support
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My next set of cross-border shipments will only clear smoothly if each Bill of Lading is flawless, so the core task here is to both draft and verify every BoL before it moves to the carrier and customs portal.
What that involves
• Creating a complete Bill of Lading from the raw shipment data I supply (shipper/consignee details, cargo description, weight & measure, Incoterms, vessel info).
• Verifying each field against current customs and carrier requirements, checking for consistency with commercial invoices and any linked datasets in ACE/EDI systems.
• Flagging and correcting discrepancies quickly so nothing delays clearance.
Deliverables accepted when
• Final BoL files (original + verified version) match the template required by the destination port or shipping line.
• A brief change log shows any corrections made during verification.
• All documents are returned within the agreed timeline so I can lodge them with customs without last-minute rush.
Direct experience working as a licensed customs house agent—or equivalent hands-on exposure to import/export documentation—is essential, especially with ocean freight workflows. Familiarity with common carrier platforms and electronic submission portals will help us move fast.
I will supply shipment data, commercial invoices, and any additional forms you need; you return crisp, compliant Bills of Lading ready for submission. Let’s keep communication tight so every load sails on schedule.
