The following duties will be performing for Air, Sea and Road Freight:

- Achieve set revenue targets for Freight
- Monitor competitor’s activity for the freight product on an ongoing basis
- Receive quotation request
- Booking space with services provider: airline/sea lines …
- Frame entry with sars
- Track shipments and update clients on the status of their cargo.
- Arranging and preparing the paperwork necessary for customs clearances.
- Framing/processing customs entries.
- Process Cargo Dues.
- Draft and process landing orders for break bulk shipments.
- Customs queries and arrange bookings for customs inspection.
- Do truck schedules, discharge reports and incident reports in events of
damaged and lost cargo.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, shipping lines and agents.
- Follow up on queries and update the client.
- Check with client if there are any new collections.
- Update client on the delivery date of the consignment.
- Track shipments and update clients on the status of their cargo.
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
- Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and expand customer base
- Update weekly call report and REACH daily
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with all clients.
- Tendering proposals on services and negotiating terms.
- Assisting and liaising any concerns or problems of clients.
- Assist clients in analysing their needs and pairing services to assist.
- Communicating to management and team on client’s requirements and specifications
- Reporting to management on any market activity and changes
