Will need advice with US visa

Hi, we are just researching costs at the moment but we would like to immigrate to the US from the UK. We will likely need the unskilled visa, but need advice on whether it may be more likely to achieve if we apply to study in the US and then apply for employment whilst studying, changing visa status then, and also how we can both move together, likely involving a spousal visa, and if we can bridge the spouse visa into an employment visa also.

We have some work to do on our house, including selling it, but we would like to buy a house and both work in CO, USA. If we could choose a timeframe it would be in a year but we know it may take longer than this.
