USCIS Case Management Support Needed

We need a reliable Case Management Assistant to keep everything on track. Your primary focus will be preparing and double-checking USCIS filings, organizing the accompanying evidence, and monitoring each case through every milestone.
Day-to-day you’ll:
• Populate and review USCIS forms using the information I provide, making sure every field is complete and current with the latest USCIS edition dates and instructions.
• Assemble clean, logically ordered exhibit packets—birth certificates, marriage records, affidavits, translations, you name it—so they are “drop-in ready” for submission.
• Maintain a clear progress log.
Accuracy and organization are non-negotiable. When a client question ventures into legal advice, you’ll flag it for attorney review rather than answering directly. Prior experience with immigration case work and a sharp eye for USCIS formatting quirks will make you shine here.
Deliverables: polished, fully reviewed form sets and neatly compiled supporting documents for each assigned matter, plus an updated status sheet reflecting any movement with USCIS.
