I am a Swiss Citizen living in the UK with my family. We all have settled status in the UK from October 2020. We want to apply for the UK Passport.
Last year we travelled to out of country for a treatment for my son for 4 months but due to COVID and travel restriction our stay was extended for more than 8 months.
Can you please let me if we can apply for UK citizenship by discretion or any other route?
