Moroccan Immigration Law Partner

I run a company that increasingly handles cross-border matters, so I am looking to bring a Moroccan-licensed lawyer on board as a true 50 : 50 revenue partner. You must be a Moroccan citizen admitted to the bar and already focused on immigration and nationality work.

The partnership will revolve around three core responsibilities:
• Drafting and polishing Moroccan-law contracts that my international clients need signed in-country.
• Giving day-to-day legal advice on immigration and nationality questions—especially family & spouse visas, business & investor visas, and citizenship applications.
• Taking primary responsibility for appearing before Moroccan authorities and courts whenever representation is required.

I will feed you a steady stream of files and clients; you keep us compliant with Moroccan regulations and handle appearances. All fees collected from cases you touch are split evenly between us after any direct filing costs.
