We are a growing UK immigration law firm seeking UK-based professionals to deliver high-quality casework remotely. We provide a consistent pipeline of pre-vetted private immigration matters, clear scoping, and structured processes so you can focus on excellent drafting, evidence review, and client care.
UK Location Requirement (Strict): This role is remote, but you must be physically based in the UK.

What you’ll do
- Run private UK immigration matters end-to-end (e.g., visit, spouse/partner, family, FLR, ILR, nationality and other routes depending on your competence)
- Draft strong representations and client statements, complete online forms, and build well-organised evidence bundles
- Identify gaps and request further evidence clearly and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone/email and keep cases moving to deadline
Fee structure
- Fixed fee per case (minimum £450), with scope confirmed upfront
- Take on as many or as few cases per month as you wish (subject to availability)
Ideal profile
- UK-qualified solicitor (preferred) and/or IAA/OISC Level 1–3 adviser / IAAS-accredited caseworker
- Proven experience managing UK immigration matters independently with strong drafting and attention to detail
- Reliable, responsive, and committed to quality and compliance
