Job Description:
i3matrix LLC is looking for an experienced U.S. Immigration Attorney or accredited immigration consultant to assist with H-1B Cap Lottery registration and petition filing for FY2027. The candidate will help transition an F-1 visa holder currently residing in the United States to an H-1B work visa.
Responsibilities:
* Review and assess F-1 candidate eligibility for H-1B visa
* Advise on employer-employee relationship requirements
* Prepare and submit H-1B Electronic Registration via USCIS portal
* If selected in the lottery, prepare and file Form I-129 H-1B petition
* Prepare and submit Labor Condition Application (LCA)
* Prepare supporting documents and petition letters
* Provide guidance on cap-gap provisions if applicable
* Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFE) if issued
* Provide regular case status updates
Requirements:
* Licensed U.S. Immigration Attorney or accredited immigration representative
* Minimum 3+ years experience handling H-1B petitions
* Experience with USCIS electronic registration system
* Strong knowledge of F-1 to H-1B transition process
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to meet strict immigration deadlines
Timeline:
