Foreign investment from International Investor for Owner Operation Visa Program

I own a small business in Ontario and have received interest from a foreign investor who wishes to gain 51% or more control in my company and in lieu apply for the Owner Operator Visa after applying for LIMA. I am looking to understand this option as well as any other ideas.
