Recover Missing eM Folder
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A folder in my eM Client linked to Gmail first showed up in grey with its sub-folders hidden and has now vanished completely from the folder list. Restarting eM Client did not bring it back and I’m not sure whether a usable backup exists.
The task is to locate and restore that folder (and every sub-folder) so it appears normally inside eM Client and synchronises again with Gmail. If a repair of the local database is needed, or IMAP re-sync, please handle that without risking other data. Should the folder only exist on the Gmail side, guide the necessary re-mapping so it returns to view in eM Client.
Deliverables:
• Folder and contained messages fully visible in eM Client and mirrored on Gmail
• Brief step-by-step summary of what you did, so I can repeat the fix if it happens again
eM Client version details, logs, and remote access can be provided once we begin.
