Migrate Namecheap Email to Sekur

I’m ready to move my company’s email from Namecheap to Sekur Mail and need an experienced professional to handle the entire migration for a small team. We have between 1 and 10 business email addresses and I’d like every folder—Inbox, Sent, Drafts, custom folders, and all sub-folders—brought over intact so no data is lost.

Here’s what I expect:
• Back up each Namecheap mailbox before you begin.
• Transfer all messages, attachments, labels, and folder structures to the corresponding Sekur accounts.
• Verify DNS/MX changes and ensure minimal downtime; messages must keep flowing while the switch propagates.
• Test with me on one account first, then roll out the remaining addresses once everything checks out.
• Provide a brief hand-over guide so my team knows when to log in to Sekur and what to do if they notice a missing email.

Question: Is it possible to migrate within a certain timeframe ex. all mail from 1/1-2025 onwards? And not all email.
